  1. Introduction These Visa Processing Terms & Conditions (“Visa Terms”) govern the UAE visa processing services provided through DubaieVISA.com, operated by InfiniTrips Tourism LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Visa Terms apply to all individuals, applicants, agents, companies, and representatives who submit visa applications or request visa-related assistance through our platform. By submitting a visa application, uploading documents, making payment, or using our visa services, you agree to these Visa Terms.   3. Visa Application Process The general visa processing workflow may include: Step 1: Application Submission The applicant provides: Personal information; Passport details; Travel details; Required supporting documents; Contact information.

  2. Applicant Eligibility Applicants are responsible for ensuring they meet applicable UAE immigration requirements. Eligibility may depend on factors including: Nationality; Passport validity; Previous UAE travel history; Immigration records; Financial requirements; Travel purpose; Supporting documentation. The Company does not determine final eligibility.

  3. Required Documents Applicants may be required to provide documents including: Valid passport copy; Passport photograph; National identity documents; Residence proof; Return flight details; Hotel booking details; Travel insurance; Previous visa copies; Additional supporting documents requested by authorities. The Company reserves the right to request additional documents at any stage.

  4. Passport Requirements Applicants must ensure: Passport validity meets UAE requirements; Passport details are accurate; Passport copy is clear and readable; All personal details match submitted information. Applications may be delayed or rejected due to: Expired passports; Damaged passports; Incorrect details; Poor-quality copies.

  5. Photograph Requirements Applicants must provide photographs that meet applicable UAE immigration standards. Photographs may need to satisfy requirements relating to: Background; Size; Quality; Facial visibility; Recency. The Company is not responsible for rejection caused by non-compliant photographs.

Incorrect information may result in: Processing delays; Application rejection; Visa cancellation; Immigration penalties.

  7. False Documents and Fraudulent Information The submission of: Fake documents; Altered documents; Misleading information; False declarations; may result in: Immediate cancellation of services; Loss of fees paid; Reporting to relevant authorities; Legal consequences. The Company maintains zero tolerance towards fraudulent applications.

  8. Visa Processing Time 11.1 Processing times displayed by the Company are estimates only. 11.2 Actual processing times depend on: Immigration authorities; Government workload; Security checks; Public holidays; Applicant nationality; Additional verification. 11.3 The Company does not guarantee issuance within a specific timeframe unless expressly confirmed in writing. 11.4 Applicants should not make irreversible travel arrangements solely based on estimated processing times.

  9. Express Visa Processing 12.1 Express or urgent services provide priority handling where available. 12.2 Express processing does not guarantee: Approval; Immediate issuance; Specific completion time. 12.3 Express fees are payable for priority processing assistance and not for guaranteed visa approval.

  10. Visa Approval 13.1 Approval decisions are made solely by UAE immigration authorities. 13.2 Upon approval, applicants are responsible for checking: Name spelling; Passport number; Visa validity; Number of permitted entries; Duration of stay. 13.3 Any discrepancy must be reported immediately.

  11. Visa Rejection 14.1 Visa applications may be rejected by authorities for reasons including: Incomplete documentation; Security concerns; Previous immigration violations; Incorrect information; Government policy; Eligibility issues; Other reasons determined by authorities. 14.2 The Company cannot: Override rejection decisions; Guarantee reconsideration; Guarantee approval on future applications. 14.3 Fees paid for completed processing may remain non-refundable.

  12. Visa Cancellation A visa may be cancelled by authorities due to: Immigration violations; False information; Overstay; Government decisions; Regulatory changes. The Company is not responsible for government cancellation decisions.

  13. Visa Extension Services 16.1 Visa extension services provided through DubaieVISA.com are subject to: UAE immigration regulations; Applicant eligibility; Government approval; Availability of extension categories. 16.2 Submission of an extension request does not guarantee approval. 16.3 Applicants must apply for extensions before expiry of their existing visa unless otherwise permitted by applicable regulations. 16.4 The Company shall not be responsible for: Overstay penalties; Immigration violations; Travel restrictions; Legal consequences arising from delayed extension applications. 16.5 Applicants remain solely responsible for maintaining valid immigration status while inside the UAE.

  14. Entry Into the United Arab Emirates 17.1 Issuance of a UAE visa does not guarantee entry into the UAE. 17.2 Final entry permission is determined by immigration officers at the port of entry. 17.3 Immigration authorities may refuse entry due to reasons including: Security concerns; Travel restrictions; Incomplete documentation; Health requirements; Previous immigration violations; Other reasons determined by authorities. 17.4 The Company has no control over border-entry decisions.

  15. Applicant Travel Responsibilities Applicants are responsible for ensuring: Valid passport availability; Approved visa before travel; Compliance with UAE entry requirements; Valid return or onward travel arrangements where required; Compliance with permitted stay duration; Compliance with UAE laws during their stay. Applicants should verify all travel requirements before departure.

  16. Overstay Responsibility 19.1 Applicants must leave the UAE before their permitted stay expires unless a lawful extension or alternative status has been granted. 19.2 Any consequences arising from overstaying are the sole responsibility of the applicant. These consequences may include: Fines; Immigration penalties; Travel restrictions; Legal proceedings; Future visa difficulties. 19.3 DubaieVISA.com and InfiniTrips Tourism LLC shall not be responsible for any penalties or consequences resulting from overstays. 19.4 The applicant expressly acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to pay all overstay fines, penalties, absconding fees, and any other charges, costs, or liabilities imposed by the UAE authorities in connection with overstaying or non-compliance, whatsoever they may be.

  17. Changes in Immigration Regulations 20.1 UAE immigration regulations may change without prior notice. 20.2 Changes may affect: Visa eligibility; Required documents; Processing procedures; Visa fees; Validity periods; Entry requirements. 20.3 The Company shall make reasonable efforts to update customers but cannot guarantee immediate notification of every regulatory change.

  18. Additional Document Requests 21.1 Immigration authorities may request additional documents or information at any stage. 21.2 Applicants must provide requested documents within the required timeframe. 21.3 Failure to provide requested information may result in: Processing delays; Application closure; Visa refusal. 21.4 The Company is not responsible for delays caused by applicant failure to provide documents.

  19. Government Fees and Charges 22.1 Visa-related payments may include: Government visa fees; Immigration charges; Service charges; Processing fees; Administrative fees; Third-party charges. 22.2 Government fees are determined by relevant authorities and may change without notice. 22.3 Government fees are generally non-refundable once processing has commenced.

  20. Visa Status Updates 23.1 The Company may provide updates through: Email; WhatsApp; Telephone; Customer portal; Other available communication channels. 23.2 Updates are based on information available to the Company at the time. 23.3 The Company does not guarantee: Real-time immigration system access; Immediate updates; Accuracy of estimated completion dates.

  21. Communication Consent By submitting a visa application, applicants consent to receive communications related to: Application status; Required documents; Payment confirmations; Visa updates; Travel-related notifications. Communications may be sent through: Email; SMS; WhatsApp; Telephone; Online platforms.

  22. Personal Data Processing 25.1 Visa applications require collection and processing of personal information. 25.2 Information may include: Passport details; Identity documents; Photographs; Travel information; Contact information; Supporting documents. 25.3 The Company processes personal information for: Visa application handling; Identity verification; Government submission; Customer support; Compliance requirements. 25.4 Personal data handling is governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy.

  23. Sharing Information With Authorities 26.1 Applicants authorize the Company to share required information with: UAE immigration authorities; Government departments; Approved visa processing partners; Authorized service providers. 26.2 Information sharing is limited to what is necessary for visa processing and compliance purposes. 26.3 Applicants acknowledge that government authorities may process information according to their own laws and procedures.

Applicant Document Responsibility Applicants are responsible for ensuring: Documents are genuine; Documents are readable; Information matches passport details; Documents belong to the correct applicant. The Company shall not be responsible for rejection resulting from incorrect or invalid documents supplied by applicants.

  26. Visa Transferability 29.1 Visa applications and issued visas are generally personal and cannot be transferred to another individual. 29.2 Applicants must ensure all personal details are correct before submission. 29.3 Changes after submission may not be possible and may involve additional charges.

  27. Multiple Applications 30.1 Applicants should not submit duplicate applications through multiple channels without informing the Company. 30.2 Duplicate applications may result in: Processing complications; Delays; Additional costs; Possible rejection. 30.3 The Company shall not be responsible for consequences arising from duplicate submissions.

  28. Third-Party Visa Processing Partners 31.1 The Company may work with authorized partners, travel agents, technology providers, or service providers to facilitate visa processing. 31.2 Such partners may process information only for legitimate business purposes. 31.3 The Company selects partners with reasonable care but does not control independent government or third-party decisions.

  29. Limitation of Visa Service Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for: Visa refusal; Visa cancellation; Immigration delays; Entry refusal; Overstay penalties; Changes in immigration rules; Government decisions; Travel losses caused by visa outcomes. The Company’s responsibility is limited to providing reasonable visa processing assistance.

  30. Fraud Prevention and Compliance 33.1 The Company maintains procedures designed to prevent fraudulent visa applications and misuse of visa services. 33.2 The Company may perform verification checks including: Document authenticity review; Identity verification; Payment verification; Application consistency checks; Communication verification. 33.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate visa processing where: Fraud is suspected; False information is provided; Documents appear altered or fraudulent; Applicant identity cannot be verified; Processing may violate applicable laws or regulations. 33.4 Where required by law, suspected fraudulent activities may be reported to: UAE government authorities; Immigration authorities; Law enforcement agencies; Financial institutions; Payment service providers.

  31. Prohibited Visa Activities Applicants must not use DubaieVISA.com services for: Submitting false applications; Providing forged documents; Misrepresenting identity; Circumventing immigration restrictions; Assisting another person in fraudulent activities; Obtaining visas for unlawful purposes. Any attempt to misuse visa services may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

  32. Criminal, Immigration, and Legal History 35.1 Applicants are responsible for disclosing any information that may affect visa eligibility where required by UAE immigration authorities. 35.2 The Company is not responsible for visa refusal resulting from: Previous immigration violations; Criminal records; Security concerns; Travel bans; Government databases or internal assessments. 35.3 Applicants acknowledge that immigration authorities may conduct independent background checks.

  33. Travel After Visa Approval 36.1 Applicants must verify their approved visa details before travelling. Applicants should confirm: Name accuracy; Passport number; Visa validity dates; Entry type; Duration of stay; Applicable conditions. 36.2 The Company recommends that applicants carry: Passport; Approved visa copy; Return/onward travel documents; Accommodation details; Supporting travel documents. 36.3 Failure to carry required documents may result in travel disruption or entry issues.

  34. Refund Relationship With Visa Services 37.1 Refund eligibility for visa-related services is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. 37.2 Applicants acknowledge that certain charges may be non-refundable, including: Government fees; Immigration charges; Application processing fees; Administrative charges; Third-party charges. 37.3 Visa refusal, delay, cancellation, or rejection by authorities does not automatically create a right to a full refund.

  35. Force Majeure The Company shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide visa processing services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including: Government system failures; Immigration portal outages; Changes in visa regulations; Natural disasters; Pandemics; Civil disturbances; War; Cybersecurity incidents; Internet failures; Government restrictions; Acts of authorities. During such events, processing timelines may be extended without liability to the Company.

  36. No Guarantee of Visa Approval 39.1 The Company does not guarantee that any visa application will be approved. 39.2 Any statements regarding approval likelihood, processing speed, or eligibility are provided for guidance only. 39.3 Applicants acknowledge that: Visa issuance is controlled by UAE authorities; Government decisions are final; The Company cannot influence immigration decisions.

  37. Limitation of Damages To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InfiniTrips Tourism LLC shall not be liable for: Missed flights; Cancelled travel plans; Hotel losses; Business losses; Financial losses; Emotional distress; Additional travel expenses; Immigration penalties; Losses resulting from visa outcomes. The Company’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the applicant for the specific visa processing service giving rise to the claim.

  38. Applicant Indemnification Applicants agree to indemnify and hold harmless: InfiniTrips Tourism LLC; DubaieVISA.com; Employees; Representatives; Partners; Service providers; against claims, losses, damages, penalties, or expenses arising from: False information submitted by applicants; Fraudulent documents; Violation of immigration laws; Breach of these Visa Terms; Misuse of visa services.

  39. Governing Law These Visa Processing Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  40. Updates to Visa Processing Terms The Company reserves the right to update these Visa Processing Terms periodically due to: Changes in UAE immigration procedures; Regulatory requirements; Business practices; Service improvements. Updated versions will be published on DubaieVISA.com with the revised effective date.

  41. Applicant Acceptance By submitting a visa application through DubaieVISA.com, the applicant confirms that: They have read and understood these Visa Processing Terms; They accept responsibility for all information provided; They understand visa approval is controlled by UAE authorities; They understand that processing fees may not be refundable; They agree to comply with UAE immigration laws; They authorize processing and sharing of required information for visa purposes.
